I nominate these two
GM’s wheel game is disappointing.

Are we limiting this to current new cars? because the 80's and 90's were a dark time for anyone with eyeballs.
Like the “obese man being tortured” because everything in the 90's had to be bulbous and round.

‘03 Miata Special Edition had some ugly wheels in my opinion.
16.2 lbs, they’re pretty heavy compared to the factory wheels which are identical in size but weight a pound less...and they’re 3 pounds heavier per corner than the OEM 15" NB sport wheels!
‘05 Mazdaspeed MX-5 had some ugly wheels too compared to the ‘04 Mazdaspeed.
‘05: 18.4 lbs
‘04: 17.1 lbs

Normally I’d never mistake an ATS for a first gen CTS, but those wheels evoke that thought. Truly awful.
The wheels on that Cruze I don’t mind at all, I’d be perfectly happy to have them on mine, were I to buy one

The chrome wheels on the B9 Tribeca SE. The painted wheels looked alright, but the chrome finish just made them look awful.

I liked the original crosstrek’s wheels but a slight change made them much worse:

these. they also clearly do not belong on a Mercedes, and it shows how much cost cutting Mercedes had to do to get their CLA down to 30,000

Could be worse, you could have the hideous ‘94 Mustang GT wheels.

Tri-bars are much worse IMO.

Off the top of my head:
So much worse than the initial wheel design.

The optional wheel on the 2005 Mustang (shown) was so boring that a lot of people (including me) stuck with the standard ones.

The OEM 17 inch wheels the GTO shipped with are pretty ugly IMO. Some people love them, and to those people I say - BUY MY WHEELS
They’re ugly in the original silver...
They’re even worse in chrome...
And they even suck when you plastidip them.

These 10 spoke SL wheels are so ugly no one has ever bought them. Seriously, google SL 10 Spoke LMR wheel and this photoshopped image of the brochure is the only one in which the wheels are actually on the car.
Not only is this Ferrari one of the ugliest cars I’ve laid my eyes upon, but the wheels are absolutely ATROCIOUS

With the exception of the Mustang wheels a few of you have posted most of these are really *not* that bad.
My votes:
The 2009-2012 Jaguar XF Base wheels are absolutely horrible. I think they made them this bad so you’d have to option a higher spec car.
Base MX-5's and Miata’s have always had pretty horrible wheel designs as well:

Addendum!
Super Luxury brands are usually the worst offenders, the more expensive the car, the uglier the standard wheels seem to be. Luxury can be pulled off very well with subdued rims, but at least make them look a bit more “crafted” than what I’d get on a Camry.

EX in white; LX in black. Uglier in person.
‘16 Accord wheels, only excepting the 19s on the Touring/Sport
Sport/Touring.
